*Spell Compendium

Xolotl appears as a powerful brachyura whose body is composed of blackest stormclouds and eyes crackling with burning lightning. He rides a chariot of waves as he roars upon the shores of the world. His breath is fiercest wind and rain, his hands launching powerful thunderbolts across the sky.

Dogma

Floods from the flood god! Lightning from his lightning spear! Xolotl hates the surface, smashing his chariot of waves against the shore and bringing the ocean deep onto land's territory. He espouses the belief that the land is the water's territory stolen, an encourages his followers to drown out the air breathing invaders.

Clergy and Temples

Temples to Xolotl double as military barracks, very utilitarian and for purpose. They are often equipped with at least one room with open air, so that air breathing prisoners can be taken and sacrificed, their blood forming a wave pool which twisted ceremonies are performed. Clergy, who are all warriors at some point, wear their victim's bones or preserved body parts as trophies, becoming grisly monuments to slaughter.

Pantheon

Xolotl is part of the brachyura pantheon.
