Prerequisites: {{#arraymap: Know at least one non-passive Minor Water Bend|,|x|Prerequisite::x}}Benefit: You can use water within your Water Bending range (normally Close) for your bends as though you had lifted it. You still can't use more than 25 pounds of water per Bending level in this way.Normal: It takes a move action to lift water before you can use it.
