Ideas for wiki Edit

Ideas to make this wiki better than the old one:

1) Have 3.5e split into genres/times (we can have 3.5e future, 3.5e steampunk, 3.5e spellpunk, Frank and K, ect).

2) The rating committee should be implemented from the start (or a similar system).
