Benefit: You can use umbral spell as an encounter power.

| Effect: The power gains the necrotic keyword. If the spell has an area of effect, all zones or other areas of effect within that area that have the radiant keyword are destroyed, and all light sources within that area of effect are extinguished. defence until the end of your next turn. | |
