Tulwars are magnificent, flat-edged blades that have been used in wars throughout the rise and fall of many civilizations. These beautiful blades are remarkably stout, and have been known to cleave through flesh, bone, and even steel with ease.
A tulwar has the capability to crit objects, despite the fact that objects cannot normally be critted. This does not give a tulwar the ability to crit creatures normally immune to critical hits.
