Idea Edit

Somewhat based on Heart of Pure Darkness. I reimplemented it so that you sacrifice HP to deal extra damage. This feat certainly seems attractive to builds that use lots of attacks, so I might change it to be usable for only 1 attack per round (I would remove the precision damage thing if I did that).
