Summary::Your body mixes up your senses, generally a person with synesthesia is able to see sounds, hear with their eyes.

Benefit: When asked to make a listen check, you may make a spot check instead.

Drawback: Due to the over stimulation of the mind, you take a -1 penalty on all will saves.

Special: A character who cannot see or cannot hear may not take this trait

Roleplaying Ideas: People with synesthesia tend to be very creative. They tend to be composers or artists, but don't have to be.
