| Your spider rears up and strikes down at your foe, staggering him and forcing him to lower his defenses. | |

| Action Type::Standard Action | Melee weapon |
| Target: One creature | |
| Special: When you charge, you can use this power as a melee basic attack. | |
| Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC (your spider's attack) | |
| Hit: 1[B] + your spider's Dexterity modifier damage, and the target takes a -1 penalty to AC and Reflex defense until the end of your next turn. | |
| Brutal Rider: The penalty to AC and Reflex defense is equal to your spider's Strength modifier (minimum 1). | |
