Benefit: When an ally within 5 squares of you drops to 0 hit points or fewer, each ally within 5 squares of you gains a +1 bonus to attack rolls and a +2 bonus to damage rolls until the end of the encounter, or until the dying ally is no longer dying (whichever comes first).
