Talk: Five-Headed Hydra

This statement confuses me, let me know your thoughts: "All heads breathe once every 1d4 rounds. Each jet deals 3d6 points of [energy] damage per head." So I'm reading this as a five-headed hydra produces 5 jets that deal 3d6 x5 or 15d6 damage each. This seems wrong, but I feel it's a valid and natural interpretation given the wording.
