| The gaze of the retriever launches bolts of fire at your foes. | |
| Usage::Encounter ✦ Arachane, Fire, Implement | |
| Action Type::Standard Action | Ranged 20 |
| Target: One, two or three creatures | |
| Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex, one attack per target. | |
| Hit: 3d6 + Charisma modifier fire damage, and ongoing 2 fire damage (save ends). | |
| Special: If you target only one creature with this power, you gain a +4 power bonus to the attack roll. | |
