Retriever's Eye of Lightning	Arachnomancer Attack 3
A bolt of lightning shoots out of your eye, throwing your foe backwards.
Usage::Encounter ✦ Arachane, Lightning, Implement
Action Type::Standard Action	Close blast 3
Target: Each creature in blast
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d8 + Charisma modifier lightning damage, and the target is pushed a number of squares equal to your Charisma modifier and is dazed.
