When manifesting this power, you do so a +2 manifester level. When you apply a metapsionic feat to your thesis power, you don't expend your psionic focus.Special: You can take this feat multiple times, choosing a different power each time. Balance Point: If you choose a power with a manifesting time of a Standard action or longer, Psychic Thesis becomes Rogue-level.
