Open Prime Chakra [{{#arraymap: Epic, Incarnum|, |x|Type::x}}] Summary::You open up one of your body’s centers of power, allowing you to bind a soulmeld or a magic item to that chakra. Prerequisites: {{#arraymap: Con 19, character level 21st|,|x|Prerequisite::x}}Benefit: When this feat is selected, choose one of the following chakras: heart or soul. You can now bind a soulmeld or a magic item to that chakra. In addition, you gain a minor benefit from this newfound chakra, depending on the chakra chosen:

Heart: +1 insight bonus on attack rolls.

Soul: +1 insight bonus on all saving throws.Special: You can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time you take this feat, it applies to a new prime chakra.
