Nimble Dance [Halfling, Songweaver]Edit

Prerequisite: Halfling, Songweaver, Second Chance racial power

Benefit: When an ally within 5 squares is hit by an attack, you can expend the use of your Second Chance power as an immediate interrupt to force the enemy to re-roll the attack roll. The enemy must accept the second roll, even if it is lower.
