Moreaunize
Psychokinesis [Mind-Affecting]
Level: Psion/Wilder 7
Display: Visual, Auditory
Manifesting Time: 1 minute
Range: Close
Target: One Animal, Magical Beast, or other non-humanoid (by body structure) with a skeletal system and brain
Duration: 1d4 months
Saving Throw: Fortitude and Will negates; see text
Power Resistance: Yes
Power Points: 13, XP

You simultaneously twist the subject's mind and body, reforming their skeletal system into a humanoid form while forcing them to become your completely loyal servant.

If the target succeeds on both saves, nothing happens.

If the target only fails the Fortitude save, that target becomes paralyzed for 1d4 minutes and takes 2 points of Constitution damage.

If the target only fails the Will save, that target becomes stunned for 1d4 minutes and takes 2 points of Wisdom damage.

If the target fails both saves, that target becomes a monstrous humanoid, gains 1d4 points each of Intelligence and Charisma, learns one language of your choice that you know, and becomes fanatical towards you. Any abilities the target had that would not function while maintaining a humanoid form do not function.

When Moreaunize wears off, any class levels the target gained while Moreaunized are lost.

XP Cost: 250.

Augment: For every 2 additional power points you spend, this power can affect an additional target within range.

If you spend 6 additional power points, this effect becomes permanent.

If you spend 4 additional power points, you can manifest this as a standard action, although the durations for the stun and paralyzation effects are each reduced to 1 round.
