To prevent random craziness that I have no concept of, only the following books may be used by players:
PhB, PhB 2, Complete Mage, Complete Arcane, Complete Warrior, Complete Scoundrel, Complete Adventurer, Spell Compendium.
With regards to the Spell Compendium only spells found in the other legal books may be used. The Compendiums version supersedes all other versions(except official Wizard errata).
