This item is an ordinary looking lens fixed within an elegant, metal girdle and a thin chain, not unlike a monocle. When using this item, it bestows the user a competence bonus to Appraise checks equal to the lens' enhancement bonus.
Prereqs: Craft Wondrous Item, identify. Caster level must be at least equal to the lens' enhancement bonus.
