Effect: King Tithian's aura creates a zone that lasts until the end of King Tithian's next turn. Creatures in the zone are pushed to a square adjacent to the zone, then an additional 5 squares (an additional 3 squares if bloodied). Any creature that enters or starts its turn within the zone takes 20 necrotic and lightning damage (10 necrotic and lightning damage if bloodied). The zone is heavily obscured. While within the zone, King Tithian gains resist 10 all damage. King Tithian can dismiss the zone as a minor action. This attack can only be used while mantle of the maelstrom is active. King Tithian gains a charge counter.

Effect: King Tithian can sacrifice 1 charge counter to recharge any power, gain a +3 bonus to an attack roll, or increase the size of a power's area by its base area, and add a damage dice to that power. King Tithian may have up to 3 charge counters at one time. This attack can only be used while mantle of the maelstrom is active.
