Aurrhou[]

Many worlds have grand sounding names or haughty titles. This world is simply the world to the vast majority of its denizens. If pressed to define their globe by some specific name, they might grudgingly dub it Aurrhou, after the creator god, the Great Celestial Dragon. For you see, not only did Aurrhou give its life to create the world's flora and fauna, it lent its enormous corpse to serve as the planet itself.

Kharydhor is a small town on the main trade route that runs East to West through the mountains called Aurrhou's Spine. It is also on the pilgrimage path that thousands trek each year. The campaign centers around this town, out in the middle of nowhere, but somehow at the center of the world.
