Israfel

Template:Deity

The cheerful Israfel is the Pan of the pantheon, always seeking the next enjoyment and bringing artistic inspiration to all he visits. He appears as a massive and slightly draconic bird, and is believed to somehow be related to the Song Dragon. He is the god of positive emotions, and what better to invoke them than in music? His demiplate Ar Tonecelo is said to be always in song, a harmony where even the land itself sings some tune. He is associated with wind, loud colors, and curiously enough goats.

Israfel is a god of the Nibiru Pantheon.

Dogma

Enjoy life and spread your happiness with others! Israfel seems to be quite a laid back and irresponsible god. However, he is full of kindness and would never willingly cause someone strife.

Clergy and Temples

Bards are his favored followers, those who have the song of magic in their hearts, and many fey with their innocent pranks and cute demeanor also parry favor with him. He possesses temples, which are build more like auditoriums for the frequent chorus activities they possess. None can claim they do not have the most entertaining performances in the world, though the more lawfully inclined often see Israfel's followers as reckless, loud, and decadent. They are partially correct, as chaos breeds excess. Still, Israfel remains a very popular god.
