Improved Bio-Regeneration [Type::Xenotheric] [[Summary::Your bio-energy pool recharges faster.]] Prerequisites: [[Prerequisite::Con 17]]Benefit: Your bio-energy pool recharges at a rate of 3 charges every minute. Additionally, you can recover bio-energy points lost due to bio-energy drain without rest, recovering these lost points at a rate of 1 point per hour.Normal: Your bio-energy pool recharges at a rate of 1 point per minute and you must rest to recover bio-energy drain.
