Prerequisite: Songweaver, Cha 20

Benefit: When you use your second wind, one willing adjacent ally can spend a healing surge. If you allow an ally to spend a healing surge in this way, you cannot spend a healing surge as part of your second wind, you do not gain the defense bonuses from using a second wind, and the ally gains a +2 bonus to all defenses.
