Harmony of Accuracy [Elf, Songweaver]Edit

Tier: Heroic

Prerequisite: Elf, Songweaver, Elven Accuracy racial power

Benefit: When an ally within 5 squares misses with an attack, you can expend the use of your Elven Accuracy power as an immediate interrupt to allow the ally to re-roll the attack roll. The ally must accept the second roll, even if it is lower.
