Prerequisite: Songweaver, Flute of the Healer Instrument Mastery

Benefit: When an ally within 2 squares of you spends a healing surge to regain hit points or regains hit points as if he or she had sent a healing surge, that ally regains additional hit points equal to your Wisdom modifier.
In addition, you increase your number of healing surges by two.
