If Photis is the goddess of the gokiburi, then Ghora-Fatum is its Satan. A terror born from space, little is known of its purpose, for its mind is bent with madness. It is said to be something born from outside of the universe as a result of . It floats through space singing its terrible psychic song, which drives a planet's inhabitants slowly mad, until it appears in the sky and wipes it of all life. It has been suggested that Ghora-Fatum was responsible for the disappearance of the precursor race on Gokia, though less superstitious minds consider that the planet may have been victim to a gamma ray burst instead. Others still say it is an aspect of the elder evil AtroposElder Evils given the connection to negative energy. Either way, in concept Ghora-Fatum exists as the enemy of all creation, and is thus damned.
It appears as a rust-red planet floating through the darkness of space. It sleeps, singing until it draws close and opens its evil eye, slaying anything it sees. It will not sleep again until all life has been removed, and it can once again sleep.
Dogma
For those fools who would worship such a thing, they have goals of mad destruction. SOme believe the destruction can be controlled, that its fell power can be directed against their enemies, but in the end they all become raving lunatics whose want for ruin spreads to anything they see.
Clergy and Temples
Due to its maddening nature, Ghora-Fatum is not worshiped beyond mad cults and sick individuals in privacy. Temples are not tolerated in the presence of Gokia.
