Initial Question[]

Should we have a page that explains some of the ways articles are made standard in the WotC supplements so that there is an easy place to find whether one style is acceptable or not? Also, should there also be a page that explains some of the standard English rules (such as how possession works) for those who do not have English as their first language (*cough* Leziad *cough* or those who just do not remember what the rules are? Regarding the second one, I think that would be nice in a more limited focus. A mini-tutorial of what to do and not to do would be very beneficial in all likelihood. Little things like not capitalizing class names in the middle of sentences, how to create interwiki links (including [[#Ability Name|text]]); things that apply more specifically to here is what I'm getting at. I don't think someone who hasn't bothered to learn every in and out of the English language (a rather difficult one, I'm told) would bother to learn for the sake of our wikia. And the standards (first part of your proposal) are also questionable unless there are multiple options (i.e. stripping out the flavor as Tome content tends to do), because not everyone wants to bother with that and that shouldn't be an issue. -- Jota 15:36, October 3, 2009 (UTC)
