Exotic Two-Handed Projectile
1. See Damage Increases by Size to calculate the damage for a weapon larger than Medium or smaller than Small.
2. Weight figures are for Medium weapons. A Small weapon weighs half as much, and a Large weapon weighs twice as much.
3. When two types are given, the weapon is both types if the entry specifies "and", either type (player's choice at time of attack) if the entry specifies "or", or each end of the double weapon is a different type if the entry specifies "/".
4. The hp value given is for Medium armor, weapons, and shields. Divide by 2 for each size category of the item smaller than Medium, or multiply it by 2 for each size category larger than Medium.
A long tube of metal, this weapon is rare due to its rather unfortunate price.
This gun fires fireballs. These fireballs function just like a fireball spell cast by a level 5 Wizard, using the firer's Dexterity modifier instead of Intelligence for determining the save DC. Nonproficiency with the Fireball Launcher reduces the Save DC by 4. Although it is technically a magic item, firing it is an attack action that is as easy as just pulling the trigger.
Fireball Launchers contain 1 shell at a time. Reloading the Fireball Launcher is a full-round action. Shells for the Fireball Launcher are oblong glowing orange shapes which weigh 1 lb each and cost 250 gp and 20 xp to craft (so they cost 500 gp to buy with standard pricing).
