Dominating Shout [Derro]Edit

Tier: Epic

Prerequisites: Cha 19, derro, scream of insanity racial power

Benefit: When you use your scream of insanity power, you can choose to have any one target you hit to be dominated until the end of your next turn. In addition, targets are always dazed by your scream of insanity power, even on a miss.
