Sourcebooks and authorsEdit

In this policy/guideline proposal I have tried to formulate a summary of this discussion. What does anybody think about it?
And do you think there should be exceptions to the some basic information-rule of thumb for books/sourcebooks, etc. and authors, editors, artists, etc.?
I think at least any author should get as comprehensive a page as possible, even if she or he worked only for a campaign setting covered by another wiki.
I am not sure how to deal with source material. If it should be decided not to have an extensive article about source material that is also covered by other wikis, then there is also the question if we should somehow rely on the TSR Archive, which is very comprehensive.
