Your melody takes away your foes' courage.
Usage::Daily ✦ Arcane, Psychic, Fear, Implement
Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 2
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: 2d6 + Charisma modifier psychic damage, and the target takes a -2 penalty to saving throws until the end of the encounter.
Miss: Half damage.
