David Noonan is a game designer, book writer and developer, working mostly for Wizards of the Coast. In core D&D he is known for co-authoring Player's Handbook II, Dungeon Master's Guide II, Complete Adventurer, Complete Divine, Tome of Magic, Heroes of Battle, Races of the Wild, Epic Level Handbook and many other books, but he is also quite active in writing for Eberron, Urban Arcana, Forgotten Realms, d20 Future and some adventures.
He lives in Washington state with his wife, son and daughter.
