Archetype Feat Bonus are based on HD.

• 1 HD: You no longer take any disguise penalty from disguising into the opposite gender.
• 3 HD: You can take 20 on your disguise check, as long as you disguise yourself as the opposite gender.
• 8 HD: Your skill at being the other gender can even fool fate, you are consider both your real and your opposite gender for meeting prerequisite (such as PrC or Feat). Thus a male could take female-only PrC and a female could take male-only PrC, while still having access to their gender exclusive PrC and feat.
• 15 HD: You gain change shape as an extraordinary ability, however it only allow you to turn into a medium or small humanoid of the opposite gender.
