With a touch of your hand, the deity wails as it shrinks into becoming an item. You can craft either an intelligent item or an artifact.
Minor artifacts require a sacrifice of a deity with a divine rank of at least 1 or a CR of at least 10.
Non-epic intelligent items require a sacrifice of a deity with a divine rank of at least 4 or a CR of at least 16.
Major artifacts require a sacrifice of a deity with a divine rank of at least 11 or a CR of at least 21.
Intelligent items worth up to 3 million gold pieces require a sacrifice of a deity with a divine rank of at least 16 or a CR of at least 30.
Augment:
- You can spend 2 power points to increase the range of this power to Medium ranged touch, or 5 power points to increase its range to "Anywhere on this plane", with no touch attack necessary.
- You can spend 2 power points to reduce the manifesting time of Craft Artifact to a Standard action, or 5 power points to reduce its manifesting time to a Swift action.
For every 2 power points you spend augmenting Craft Artifact, increase its save DC by 1.
