1. See Damage Increases by Size to calculate the damage for a weapon larger than Medium or smaller than Small.
2. Weight figures are for Medium weapons. A Small weapon weighs half as much, and a Large weapon weighs twice as much.
3. When two types are given, the weapon is both types if the entry specifies "and", either type (player's choice at time of attack) if the entry specifies "or", or each end of the double weapon is a different type if the entry specifies "/".
4. The hp value given is for Medium armor, weapons, and shields. Divide by 2 for each size category of the item smaller than Medium, or multiply it by 2 for each size category larger than Medium.


Certain barbarian-types in my campaigns love using the corpses of their dead enemies to beat the rest senseless. It occurs so much, why not?

The corpse varies but the typical dead body is used as a two handed weapon which deals bludgeoning damage. If the creature is a size category smaller than you, they may be used one handed. It is a very intimidating weapon and gives +2 circumstance bonus to Intimidate checks when brandishing it. If scoring a critical hit, the corpse takes half the damage done. It also takes damage if struck against harmful things such as hitting a fire elemental (which may very well ignite the corpse). If it runs out of hp the corpse is reduced to shambles and cannot be used as a weapon.

Some corpses may not be able to be picked up, much less used as weapon. A corpse, on its own, should not be more than a light load for the character.
