It can cast Dream and Clairaudience/Clairvoyance as at-will spell-like abilities at caster level 20th. It gains one purpose power, one greater power, and one lesser power from the intelligent item lists.Normal: Your autoplate is exemplary, but has not yet broken the final boundary.
