Caster Focus {{#set:Type=General}} Summary::Choose a class which does not give full casting progression (or none at all), it now gives full or partial progression... for caster level at least. Prerequisites: Prerequisite::Caster Level 5thBenefit: Choose a class which does not give full casting progression, such as eldritch knight which gives 9/10 casting level progression. If it gives half it's levels or more in casting progression originally (like eldritch knight) then you gain all levels to your caster level. This does not give you additional spells known, you still gain them at the original rate of the chosen class. However, this lets you keep your casting progression high.

If the class gives less than half (or none at all such as dragon disciple or fighter), then levels in this class give half progression to caster level, again only granting you new spells known if the class grants you them originally.

If you have more than one caster level from your classes, choose which one to advance. For example a wizard 5/cleric 5/fighter 10 could choose to have his wizard levels have a caster focus from fighter. They would have 3rd level wizard spells, 3rd level cleric spells, a cleric caster level of 5, and a wizard caster level of 10 (5 wizard + half of 10 fighter levels).

If you are a paladin, ranger, or another class which uses half their level for caster level, you can have this feat instead make your class give full caster level.Special: You may take this feat multiple times. Each time it applies to a new class, or you can make a previous class which now gives 1/2 caster level give full caster level.
