You telepathically broadcast a message composed of words, pictures, and sensations. Everyone who receives the message is aware that it is a message; there is no risk of confusing it with reality.
Keep in mind that you can use bluff checks to convey hidden messages.
- You can spend 6 additional power points to make a convincing illusion that appears real to every sense. Any character who is experiencing it automatically attempts a Will save to disbelieve it once per round. For each character, it lasts until disbelieved.
- You can spend any number of additional power points to double the affected region for each point spent. This does not follow D&D's multiplication rule.
- You can spend 4 additional power points to make this message be broadcast audibly as well. All creatures other than yourself within 1/10th of the maximum range of the message must make a Fortitude save or be deafened for 1d4 minutes and take 1d6 points of sonic damage per manifester level.
- You can spend 4 additional power points to make this message be broadcast visually as well. All creatures other than yourself within 1/10th of the maximum range of the message must make a Fortitude save or be blinded for 1d4 minutes and take 1d6 points of fire damage per manifester level.
