Avatar Paragon[]

Avatar Paragons are Avatars who aren't satisfied with sometimes having immense cosmic power, and actually want to be able to control it.

Making an Avatar Paragon[]

Avatar Paragons commune with their earlier incarnations and with wierd spirits. They can willfully enter the Avatar State in order to achieve goals of mass destruction.

Abilities: Avatar Paragons don't need any particular ability scores much, but a careful look through the favored classes of the Avatar would tell you to have good Strength, Constitution, Charisma, and Wisdom.

Races: Avatars are the only allowed race for this class.

Alignment: Any.

Class Features[]

All of the following are class features of the Avatar Paragon.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Avatar Paragons gain no weapon or armor proficiencies.


Ancestral Communication (Su): At level 1, the Avatar Paragon can spend 5 minutes communicating with his ancestors. When he's done, he may make a Knowledge check with a +20 check modifier.

Astral Projection (Sp): At level 2, the Avatar Paragon can use astral projection at-will, with the following changes: The Avatar Paragon cannot bring anyone with him, there is no silver cord, and he can only travel to coexistent planes like the plane of Shadow and the Ethereal plane.

Controlled Avatar State (Su): At level 3, the Avatar Paragon can willfully enter and leave the Avatar State as a full-round action. He may willfully enter the Avatar State a number of times per week equal to his total Hit Dice.
