| Target: Each enemy in burst | |
| Attack: Charisma Vs. Will | |
| Hit: 1d6 + Charisma modifier radiant damage. | |
| Effect: Choose yourself or an ally within 5 squares. This power's burst is centered around the target you chose, and that target gains a +1 bonus to AC until the end of your next turn. | |
| Increase damage to 2d6 + Charisma modifier at 21st level. | |
