Summary::Arceus is pretty much the best and most powerful diety ever, and many multiclassed Pokemaster/Clerics revere him. Arceus has all Divine Salient abilities, and his ability scores are as high as he wants them to be. As a diety, he can be captured by a Pokemaster with the Divine Pokemon feat, but that would require besting him in combat which is basically impossible under all circumstances, and everyone knows it.

Dogma

Arceus encourages his clergy to capture all the types of Pokemon, including the other dieties.

Clergy and Temples

Arceus' clergy are universally feared and respected for their ability to summon horrible monsters to destroy everything. Even low-level ones are given great respect and admiration by pretty much everybody.
